We are looking for a real estate padawan (intern) to learn how to make it in real estate. Someone who has a passion and drive to make it. Someone willing to go that extra mile to succeed.
You will be taught how to generate listing leads and while it’s not widely promoted, this is actually the most important part of becoming a successful agent.
Over 90% of new agents fail because they are not able to successfully list new properties for sale, meaning they make insufficient income and ultimately leave the industry. If you properly follow the system we will teach you, it’s inevitable that you will become an effective and successful residential sales agent.
Full training, support, and systems will be given to you. You will have a progression platform to work your way to becoming your own standalone agent where you will be the master of your own destiny. What you put in is what you will get out, if you dig deep and work hard the results (and income) will be very rewarding.
You will work out of our office in located in Everton Park, focussing on our local surrounding suburbs. This role will require some evenings and weekends (as is the nature of the industry).
This role requires you have a car with drivers license. You will require at least one business suit/dress with jacket. You will be expected to do some walking, and you will need to be confident on the phone and talking to strangers.
You will require a real estate registration certificate to take this role.
This role is also open to existing agents that are struggling to effectively win new listings who are committed to becoming a success.
The reality is that real estate sales can be a challenging career at times, where not everyone will succeed. But for those that do, the financial reward at the end makes it a career that has the potential to change your life.
