Globe Studios offers all-inclusive studio accommodation in the heart of Fortitude Valley. Our accommodation ranges from smaller studios with no balconies/courtyards up to larger studios with balconies, as well as a few loft-style studios. Prices range from $325 weekly for a standard studio to $380 for a large studio and $425 for lofts. Our prices are all-inclusive of electricity, gas and fast broadband charges.

Each Apartment comes with a private bathroom and kitchen and basic household furniture and equipment. All apartments are also fully airconditioned for your comfort, with summer coming on!

We are located a five minute walk from Fortitude Valley Station with the brand new development now open which includes a full Woolworths, KFC, GYG and other eateries. We are also less than 5 minutes from the RBH hospital, the Victoria Parklands development now underway and, of course, the ever-popular King St restaurants and cafes close by. Public transport by bus is literally at our doorstep and, for a small extra weekly charge, we do offer parking for tenants on site if available.

Globe Studios is one of very few pet-friendly Accommodation Providers in the City and offer many of our rooms as pet friendly, for a once off cost of $50 per pet.

We cater for medium-term stays as our specialty, with a minimum of one month stays, and 5 weeks paid up front with a ground-keeping fee. No bond is required and there is no lease to sign. If you decide after your first month to move up or down in terms of room classification that is also not a problem at all. We are a flexible, caring and small community with 38 all-studio accommodation.
